Fort Collins Senior Center Expansion

The project added 17,000 square feet to the center, including new multipurpose rooms for classes, meetings and social gatherings, a fitness wing and an Internet cafe. The project also will provide more parking for the busy center at 1200 Raintree Drive as the facility adds a second floor on part of the building and expands into open land to the west. The project featured a complete LED light fixture package and Sensor Switch Nlight lighting system to promote energy savings.

Colorado State University Moby Arena Remodel

Remodel to Moby Arena included adding concessions to the north and south concourse, renovating the north entrance as well as ticket office, and remodeling the men's and women's locker rooms, rehabilitation, hydrotherapy and trainer rooms. The south concourse includes new lighting and lighting control for the Hall of Fame area. The banquet room and kitchen, on the south concourse, were remodeled with new LED lighting and general purpose power.

CSU Indoor Practice Facility

63,000 sq ft Indoor Practice Facility building, Ground up installation including medium voltage power, transformer, gear, lighting and branch power, fire alarm. Including fifty yard football field, full basketball gymnasium with locker room and office space.

CSU Academic and Training Center

15,915 square foot ground up installation including primary transformer, switch gear, lighting, branch power, and fire alarm. This facility has an office area, study area, computer lab, and state-of-the-art weight room.

Reunion Recreation Center

A 36,000 total gross square feet construction including a 3,600 square-foot pool area with an outdoor lap pool, splash pool and leisure area with an interactive water spray feature, 100-foot water slide, outdoor volleyball courts and several porches. Amenities also include a 2,725-square-foot fitness center, full-court gymnasium, Aerobics/dance studio, Locker rooms, Meeting rooms, Community lobby, Game/party room, Childcare services, and an Outdoor playground.

Lone Tree Recreation Center

The Lone Tree Recreation Center, a $14 million, 54,000 square foot facility, opened its doors ahead of schedule May 1. The new center features numerous amenities including a full size gymnasium, fitness area, aquatics area, locker rooms, running track, babysitting room, catering kitchen, craft rooms, aerobics room, and racquetball courts.

The Trails Recreation Center

The center is approximately 80,000 square feet in size and includes an indoor aquatic area to include a swimming pool, water slide and leisure pool. The center also has a weight room, aerobics room, cardio fitness area, a gymnasium, multi-purpose rooms, craft room with kitchen area, an indoor running track, climbing wall, locker rooms, children’s programs and administrative offices.

Warren Air Force Base Recreation Center

The Physical Fitness Center is a Design/Build, 52,000-SF project for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers including a large multi-court gymnasium, racquetball courts, exercise areas, wellness center, office space, and administrative space. The building consists of a curved glass atrium entry, a structural steel frame with standing seam metal roofing, and brick veneer. The complete site package also involved the construction of parking lots, landscaping, and utilities. The Physical Fitness Center was turned over to F.E. Warren AFB a month ahead of schedule.
