A $2.2 M renovation of an existing 91,000 square foot 3 story office space includes a new 1600 amp service distribution system, 600 kW generator, 175 KVA UPS, lighting, fire alarm, data room, 911 call center, and a basement parking garage.

Colorado Department of Transportation Administration and Light Duty Bldg

New 43,000 sq. ft. administration building and 7,000 sq. ft. light duty building for the Colorado Department of Transportation Region 4 headquarters. The administration building provides offices for the Colorado State Highway Patrol, traffic, maintenance, survey, planning and development departments. The light duty building provides several garage bays for maintenance of state vehicles, a wash bay and storage rooms. Along with an 800A service, the administration building contains a 65 kW generator for backup of critical loads.

Parker Police Services

New 53,000 sq. ft. Police Headquarters Facility building for the town of Parker, CO. Systems included fire alarm system, 750 kw generator, lightning protection system, (2) 30 kw UPS systems backing up critical loads.

Fort Collins Police Services

This three story police headquarters structure covers approximately 98,000 square-feet, provides a state-of-the-art police facility, and represents a partnership between the community and the needs of the police department.The building has been designed to enhance police operations and community policing services and is home to the Fort Collins Police Museum, a 1900 square-foot community room, an enhanced crime laboratory, property and evidence processing and storage, a communications center, an Emergency Operations Center, training facilities, a detention center with eight cells as well as providing space for patrol, investigations, records, and administrative functions.

Larimer County Annex

The Larimer County Courthouse Office is a new four-story, 124,000-sq-ft building housing Larimer County's Assessor, Board of County Commissioners, County Clerk, Information Management Services, Natural Resources, Planning and Building, Public Works, Treasurer and Veteran Services departments. The new building is located on the same site as the previous County Courthouse. The Hensel Phelps/Fentress Bradburn Architects design-build team was selected through 'Best Value' procurement for the design solution that maximizes efficiency and program functionality.

City of Aurora Wastewater / Storm Drain Facility

This 74,630 sq ft.building was the first phase of a complete upgrade at the City of Aurora's Central Maintenance Facility on a 38-acre site. The wastewater storm drain building is a combination of engineering and permitting offices, field personnel locker rooms and meeting spaces, shops for maintenance vehicles and storage for large specialized vehicles. The office wing provides a gateway to the entire facility. All of the City's vehicles, from police cars to heavy road equipment, will be serviced at this location.
