Project Description: This 74,630 sq ft.building was the first phase of a complete upgrade at the City of Aurora's Central Maintenance Facility on a 38-acre site. The wastewater storm drain building is a combination of engineering and permitting offices, field personnel locker rooms and meeting spaces, shops for maintenance vehicles and storage for large specialized vehicles. The office wing provides a gateway to the entire facility. All of the City's vehicles, from police cars to heavy road equipment, will be serviced at this location.
